Eligibility for Returns

You may return your order within 90 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrives damaged or in poor condition
  • The product does not meet your expectations for any reason

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. Somnial is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — return shipping is not required for damaged items.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items returned after 90 days of delivery
  • Items that have been significantly damaged by misuse
